Any forms hosted on this website are protected against spam by the Turnstile service provided by Cloudflare. It works by running a series of small non-interactive JavaScript challenges gathering more signals about the visitor/browser environment. Those challenges include, proof-of-work, proof-of-space, probing for web APIs, and various other challenges for detecting browser-quirks and human behaviour. Clinic Privacy Policy

The Family & Sports Medicine Centre will always respect the “Patient – Doctor” relationship and maintain the patient’s privacy. The Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998 (PPIP Act): is strictly adhered to and formalises our Policy in relation to the “Patient – Doctor” relationship.

We have a legal and ethical obligation to always protect patient information. Patient information may from time to time be disclosed or shared with other doctors, nurses or allied health professionals so that proper healthcare can be provided to the patient. Your personal information will never be discussed with other family members, insurance companies, employers or similar without direct written or verbal consent from the patient.

We are however required by law, should your information be subpoenaed by a Federal or State court to provide your information to the nominated party.

Please be aware that any patient over the age of 14 are entitled to their personal medical records.

Under the current legislation, patients who wish to look at their information held by the medical centre or have any queries about the information held in their medical records or privacy information are welcome to discuss these matters with their treating doctor.
